I founded Free Yoga SF, making yoga accessible to all, and I’m deeply involved in building communities through men’s groups and surfing. When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my baby boy and family, staying active in the SoCal sunshine, and embracing all the moments that keep me grounded and energized.
